Who we are
JECO is a building contractor based in Paarl, Western Cape. We are the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address and suburb, together with the details you give us about the project and any photographs you choose to upload. We do not collect identity numbers, financial details or any special personal information.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to contact you about your enquiry, arrange a site visit, and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to JECO and stored so that we can follow it up. It is handled by the people working on your quote. We use a transactional email provider to deliver those messages; they process the data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for three years so that we can refer back to previous work and quotes. You may ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit.
